The Directors

Andrew Theoff – Andrew is a solicitor and oversees the Kent Office of FST, as well as assisting Matt in the running of FST Lettings. As a property investor himself, Andrew is well aware of the demands of tenants as well as the expectations of Landlords. Andrew lives in Cliftonville with his partner and five children, has an aversion to wearing ties and owns more cars than pairs of shoes!

Wayne Moore-Read – Wayne is also based in our London Office and is a solicitor specialising in commercial property transactions. In addition, Wayne deals with Landlord and Tenant possession cases and therefore Tenants who are in breach of their Tenancy Agreements may find themselves on the receiving end of one of his letters. Wayne lives in North London with his partner, and has a penchant for good food, traveling the world and partaking in dangerous sports!
